Psychologists have extensive training in a variety of modalities to treat complex problems

Individual Therapy
There are many reasons to begin therapy. Whether it's to help navigate a sudden stressor, to explore nagging issues that have been present for years, or to explore the inner psyche and bolster mental fitness, individual therapy can be one of the best investments you make for yourself.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy has utility in every stage of an intimate relationship. Therapy can help lay solid foundation in the beginning stages, deal with re-occuring problems and relational dynamics, and help with negotiation and conflict management in relational crisis.

Psychological Testing
Psychological testing can help you gain valuable insight into underlying causes of learning concerns and behavioural problems, as well as help direct further treatment and the need for psychiatric medications.
